Millwork: Kaiyō
At Kaiyō, Cookline Millwork Shop fabricated a collection of custom woodwork that contributes to the restaurant’s richly layered interior. The scope included the new sushi bar, wood frames for the decorative metal screens, and the shou sugi ban wall cladding, with the wood charred by hand in our shop.
