THE ANCHOVY BAR
We were so excited to work with our friends Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski to build their newest gem, The Anchovy Bar. The small space required us to think creatively to fit everything in. Designed by Wylie Price, the finishes throughout the space are unique and beautiful. When you visit, you’ll no doubt see the subtle ripples in the ceiling, and the dappled color of the tiles that are a nod to the little fish that is this restaurant’s namesake. A large part of the scope of work was in stainless steel, done by Seaport Stainless. Stuart worked with Seaport to customize all of the pieces that make the raw bar and moving about the kitchen seamless for the chef. This project was through and through a demonstration of how small things can still pack a punch. Anchovy, anyone?
