PENNY ROMA
We were honored to be asked to help usher a long-beloved local institution, Central Kitchen, into a new chapter. Renamed Penny Roma, we worked directly with the chef-owners at Flour + Water Hospitality Group to make sure the new look and feel of the space were in line with the restaurant group’s re-branding. Scope included new limewash plaster and paint, extensive wood refinishing, new light fixtures, and custom millwork and metalwork throughout, most notably the kitchen pass shelving and the wood storage and bench at the entrance.
