ROY’s lighthearted and funky interior designs belie the challenging intensity that lurked beneath this project! During the demo phase we uncovered existing structural issues that required a quick pivot and lots of creative problem solving. Overall it was a fun and rewarding project. Along with the structural upgrade, our scope included building a new dining room with new flooring, a new bar, new restrooms, and a new kitchen with two hotlines and all new mechanical units.
