Fun luxury! Kooky Americana! All day diner! Pancakes without boundaries! There aren’t enough exclamations to describe Hilda and Jesse, the tiny but mighty inaugural restaurant by Chef Rachel Sillcocks and Chef Kristina Liedags Compton. We supercharged a former sandwich shop into North Beach’s funkiest restaurant by building a new kitchen, new bar, and new dining room with loads of intricate finishes and details provided by Noz Design (architectural drawings by William Duff Architects).
