Located within the Vespr development in Oakland, Highwire Coffee brings its signature focus on quality coffee and community to a bright, contemporary café. We partnered with Field Paoli Architects to build out the space, balancing a streamlined coffee service operation with an inviting environment for guests to gather, work, and connect.
Soaring ceilings and expansive storefront windows fill the café with natural light, while a custom wood-slat service counter, deep green glazed tile, and oversized black pendant lights create a striking focal point. Behind the counter, an efficient barista workspace supports daily operations, while polished concrete floors, warm wood finishes, and flexible seating create an inviting atmosphere that reflects Highwire’s commitment to coffee, community, and music.
