We’ve worked with owner, Guy Eshel, before on Sababa and were thrilled to be a part of his newest fried chicken concept. This space is on the corner of the famous Maiden Lane downtown and all elements of the space are built with the intention to get in, get your chicken and fly back to work as most busy people do. Bright accents and fun graphics accent the dining space, but the kitchen is clean, and built for frying vast volumes of chicken. (photography by our team: Katie Yuko Linder and Patrik Haley)
