FLOUR + WATER PIZZERIA

And the love affair with Flour + Water Hospitality Group continues! We were once again asked to transform another beloved San Francisco icon (RIP Rose Pistola, 1996-2017). With the collaboration of Lundberg Design and Knowles Architect, we created a reimagined pizzeria with a new bar, new exhibition kitchen, and new millwork and finishes throughout (check out the tiled entryways!). We also built a dough room encased in glass, plus a pizza parlor on the opposite side of the restaurant for those who want to play arcade games while they wait for their takeaway orders!
