FLOUR + WATER PASTA SHOP
Flour + Water Hospitality Group tapped us to team up again with Knowles Architect to transform their popular lunchtime sandwich and retail spot Flour + Water Pasta Shop into a nighttime extension of their fabulous Penny Roma dining room. Guests are offered a new inviting dining space, as well as a view of the new pasta production area. This was another fun and fast-paced collaboration that also let us flex the muscles of our newly established in-house millwork shop! Scope included rebuilding the walnut bar into a new pasta making station and dining area, and fabricating new walnut retail display shelves to match. We also installed a tile face at the bar and provided limewash paint.
