FLOUR + WATER
After 13 years of focusing on building a stellar reputation and following, Cal-Italian mecca Flour + Water was finally ready for its first remodel. We worked hand in hand with Lundberg Design and the chef-owners at Flour + Water Hospitality Group to transform their long-awaited matured vision of their flagship restaurant into a beautiful reality. Scope included a complete demo of the dining room, and providing thoughtfully designed new finishes and fixtures, new ceiling baffles for sound absorption, updating the kitchen, building a new restroom, and converting the upstairs residence into the restaurant’s new test kitchen and tasting room.
