Farming Hope is a little different from our usual restaurant project, but very much a part of the same community. The San Francisco nonprofit uses food and hospitality to create training and employment opportunities, and its work is supported by many of the restaurants and hospitality partners we’ve been fortunate to work with over the years.
We were thrilled to join Rose Design and James Hill Architect to transform two small, dark restrooms at Farming Hope’s Van Ness offices into a bright, welcoming all-gender restroom.
The renovation included new all-gender restrooms, accessible facilities, custom cabinetry, and updated finishes throughout. Bold wallpaper and tile, warm wood, and fun red lighting bring color and personality to the space.
It was a small project with a big transformation, and an especially meaningful opportunity to contribute to an organization so connected to San Francisco’s food and hospitality community.
