We were delighted at the opportunity to join forces with Matthew Kenney Cuisine's team at Baia and William Duff Architects to renovate the iconic Jardiniere space, to bring it new life as a destination for plant-based italian fine dining. Both floors were renovated and remodeled. We addressed all of the many challenging surprises that old San Francisco buildings tend to reveal, including an entirely new roof and all of the HVAC equipment that lives on it. Both floors of the interior also received updated kitchens, new plumbing and new LED electrical throughout. We also added new finishes, new millwork, new bar and new lighting, including the most amazing chandelier we've worked with to date. A cascade of hundreds of crystals spills down the center of the space, illuminating what will, no doubt, be an amazing vegan dinner for anyone who visits. No cheese? Yes, please! 6900 square feet
